Ramsey RE8000 worm drive winch is engineered and manufactured in the USA for power, strength and reliability. Making the RE series an ideal choice for heavy off road, vehicle recovery and light industrial applications.

With a 4.8hp (3.6kW) 12volt or 2.5hp (1.9kW) 24 volt heavy duty series wound motor powering the spur reduction onto a heavy duty worm and worm wheel, giving 360:1 ratio for the RE8000. This provides the power and torque which makes the RE series the choice for recreational and professional use.

The RE8000 comes with load holding ability, free-spool for rapid removal of the high tensile galvanised wire rope guided through the heavy duty steel 4 way rollers. With easy operation of the enclosed weather proof solenoids allowing full control forward and reverse with the 3.7 meter remote.
